Platinum Premium 15W40 is a premium engine oil formulated with virgin Group II (synthetic technology) base oils and additive technology to provide Turbo Diesel and Petrol engines excellent anti-wear protection, resistance to bore polishing and superior engine cleanliness under extreme conditions. Platinum Premium 15W40 is recommended for heavy duty automotive diesel engines operating in severe service such as high output direct injection, turbo charged engines. It is particularly recommended for use in EGR and other advanced technology engines developed to reduce emissions. Also suitable for generator sets and stationery engines. This product can also be used in Gasoline Engines which calls for the API CI-4/SL classification.
